How do I use bonusprint discount codes?
Go to your basket
When you’ve finished editing in our creator tool, click ‘add to basket’. You can also access any saved items in your basket by clicking the shopping trolley in the top right corner of the bonusprint homepage.
Add the finishes touches to your order
In your basket, you can add any extras to your order, like glossy pages for your photo book or a frame for your canvas print. When you’re done, click ‘continue’. Here you can also add a bonusprint voucher to your order and gift it to a friend.
Enter your bonusprint discount code and order
Enter your discount code in the ‘add your promotional code’ box and then click ‘submit’. If you’ve entered a valid code, we’ll recalculate the total amount to pay automatically. When you’re ready, click ‘continue’ to complete your order.

What to do if your discount code doesn’t work?
If your promotional code or voucher does not work, please refer to the terms and conditions that were received with the code and check the following: 1. Is the promotional code or voucher still valid? 2. Is the promotional code or voucher valid for the product(s) you are ordering? 3. Does the promotional code or voucher contain an error that occurred when retyping or copying the code? Check for capital letters and make sure there are no accidental spaces in front or behind the code. Please note: Only one promotional code can be used per order.

How can I apply my promotional code?
In your shopping basket you will see an overview of your ordered product(s), the number of copies and the total amount due. At the bottom left you will find the possibility to enter your promotional code. Type the promotional code in the box (or copy and paste) and click on ‘submit’. What can I do if I forgot to enter my promotional code or gift voucher?
We are sorry to hear that you forgot to insert your promotional code or missed out for any other reasons. Please contact our customer service team after you placed the order with the following information: 1. The order number. 2. The promotional code you wanted to use. If you placed the order within the campaign period, we will refund the discount.
